Boy Meets Fire

 

Two weeks ago I was debating on whether to buy a mini sketchbook or a watercolor sketchbook. I didn't have enough money for both so I chose the watercolor sketchbook.  Here are two paintings I did in the my new sketchbook:

Legolas Design

Taking a break from school and did a simple design of Legolas! He's a character from Peter Jackson's films The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. 

I'm a fan of Tolkien's Trilogy books and The Hobbit, so I'm really excited for the new movie to come out in December!
I based off Legolas' pose from here. (My twin sister showed it to me.)

Froggie

This was my first test on TVpaint. It was in the beginning in one of my animation classes. I was coming up with my idea at the time. Sorry it's only a second! Meet Froggie!
(He's not used in the final character design.)
